Time
A session lasts for 50 minutes.
Length
We offer both fixed term and open-ended therapy. We can discuss option will suit you best.
A fixed term might range from 6-10 sessions for those who want to explore a particular issue.
Open-ended therapy gives you the freedom to you decide when you are ready to end therapy.
Frequency
Most clients wish to come for one session a week. However, during times of distress or where a client wishes to engage in more in-depth therapy, more frequent sessions can be offered.
